Chevrolet Camaro
I was contacted by Jennifer at Moss Bros. following a Car Buying service via USAA. In addition, I was contacted by several other Chevy dealers attempting to locate the Chevy Camaro matching my request. Jennifer's quick response, friendly attitude and attention to detail, and especiallly the fact she was able to recite the entire vehicle description and locate this vehicle in inventory, made my decision easier to visit Moss Bros. vice the other dealers. However, after meeting with Mr. Erick Pryer, who also reflected exceptional professionalism and a "can do" attitude, my impression of Moss Bros became even more positive. As I was leaving to visit another Chevy Dealer to test drive a comparable Camaro, Nasim convinced me that he would negotiate a promise of a better product at Moss in comparison to the dealer I was about to visit. Nasim's promise and confident attitude to guarantee a better product at Moss ensured me that I would not get a better deal. This solidified my committment to purchase a vehicle from Moss Bros. I was so impressed by the fact that the GM, Anthony, introduced himself and greeted me. Awesome staff, great leadership, and a top line product. Thanks Moss Bros! My experience at Moss Bros. Chevrolet was excellent from the first phone call I made to the dealership until the transaction was done, paperwork completed, and I was on my way home. I want to thank Erik Pryor, his sales manager, and Jose Orozco for the best car buying experience of my life. I really felt like I was treated with respect and the highest level of integrity. My experience at Moss Bros. Chevy was amazing!Shane in the internet department was wonderful.I first made an internet inquiry about the Chevy Equinox with Moss.I was contacted several times from Maria in the interent department.She had wanted to set up an appointment with me to come in but I had just wanted to see some numbers over the phone. She gave me to her manager that would give me the information I needed.I gave him the price I was looking for and all the details I wanted.He said he would call me back, however, he did not.I even tried calling back twice for him.The next day when I called the internet department Shane was the one who helped me.He was outstanding and had great customer service skills.He understood exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want.He did amazing with the numbers on the car and also was able to find the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to his dealership.He was extremely helpful, personable, and provided all the information I needed.Whenever I am in need of another car I will be sure to call Shane.Thank you Moss!Even though the experience didn't start out well, Shane was able to save the day and regain my respect for the company.I love my car, Thank you Shane in the interent department!!
