How Moss Bros. Rewards Works
Earning Points
- For every $1 spent on eligible service visits, earn 0.60 reward points.
- Maximum 1,000 points per transaction.
- Points accumulate at the household level (one household member with the highest points receives rewards).
Redeeming Rewards
- $50 gift card awarded for every 300 points earned.
- Rewards are communicated once the threshold is reached.
- Track points through a personalized webpage using a unique PIN from email communications.
Qualified Purchases
- Includes vehicle services but excludes body shop services and warranty purchases.
- Points post to the account within 30 days of purchase.
Tracking and Terms
- Accounts with no activity for 12 months are deemed inactive; points are canceled.
- Points are forfeited if the account is canceled.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
